Khushbu Modh Picture

Khushbu Modh

Clinical Director

With more than ten years of experience in the field, I’ve seen first hand how therapy, mindfulness training, DBT and CBT can change a person’s life. Helping people to learn, grow, overcome or manage anxiety, and improve their mental health has been my privilege since finishing grad school more than a decade ago.

I always knew I wanted to help people, and I’ve learned that the best way is to meet a person where they are, listen intently, and help them on their own unique path. I remember this with every client I serve. My job is help you find what works for you and work with you to clear any obstacles that stand between you and your goals.

Therapy is a journey that can profoundly impact a person’s life. If you’re ready to see where it can take you, I’m ready to be there with you, supporting and guiding you along the way.

Jared Silver

Director of Operations

Jared Silver

With over a decade of experience in the behavioral health and addiction treatment industry, Jared Silver has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Since entering the field in 2012, Jared has built a reputation for combining compassionate, client-centered care with strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to improving treatment outcomes. Jared’s professional experience spans the full continuum of behavioral healthcare, including long-term therapeutic communities, medical detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient programming across the country. His diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and operational components necessary to build successful, sustainable treatment programs.

As an ARISE Interventionist Intern and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainer, Jared brings extensive experience in crisis intervention, clinical assessments, motivational interviewing, family recovery, and addiction education. His approach emphasizes meeting individuals where they are, fostering trust, and helping clients and their loved ones recognize that meaningful, lasting recovery is possible.

Beyond his direct work with clients, Jared has developed significant expertise in organizational leadership, team development, operational training, strategic growth, and billing compliance. He is passionate about building strong teams, cultivating positive workplace cultures, and developing operational systems that support clinical excellence, accountability, and long-term organizational success. His leadership philosophy centers on the belief that exceptional client care begins with empowered employees, effective systems, and a shared commitment to the mission.

What truly distinguishes Jared is the personal journey that inspired his professional calling. Having experienced his own struggles with addiction and humble beginnings, Jared understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and courage involved in rebuilding a life. Rather than allowing his past to define his limitations, he has transformed those experiences into a driving force behind his purpose: creating opportunities for others to find hope, healing, and a new direction. Jared graduated with high honors from Nova High School in South Florida, where he served as class president, before continuing his education at The University of Michigan. His early leadership experiences helped establish the foundation for a career defined by perseverance, service, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.

Today, Jared resides in New Jersey with his wife, their two children, and two dogs. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he values the importance of family, personal growth, and maintaining the balance that supports a fulfilling life in recovery. For Jared, behavioral healthcare is more than a profession—it is a personal mission. His work is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves an opportunity to change their story, every family deserves hope, and every treatment organization has the responsibility to create an environment where lasting transformation can begin.
